Kim and Kanye go bike riding in Limerick

They have kept hidden during the Irish honeymoon over the last few days, but Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally ventured out… to go mountain biking.

The newlyweds have been staying in Castle Oliver in Ardpatrick, Limerick and decided to take on the Ballyhoura Blackrock Loop, a 6.8-mile trek.

The couple decided to go mountain biking early yesterday morning, hiring bikes for €35 and a tour guide at €75. And although Kim famously ditched the carbs on the run up to her wedding, the pair enjoyed a picnic prepared by The Old Bakehouse, in Bruff.

Included in the hamper was a selection of tarts, sandwiches and other treats – all made from local produce. they then went into a local pub and had a pint of Guinness.

Manager of the outdoor activity group Fergal Somers confirmed the brought out two VIPs on the bike ride.

“We had two American VIPs here yesterday. They had four staff with them. They hired bikes for 35 euros and a guide for 75 euros.

“They only booked the day before. They went hiking and biking as this area is well known for it. One of the party had visited the region before – so knew about us that way.

“The guide said they had an absolute blast. He took them to the pub afterwards where they had a pint of Guinness I believe.”

He also claimed that the famous couple left a large tip.

He said: “They were very generous with their tip – I was told it was four-figure. There were six of them in the group though.

“I don’t know where they were going afterwards. They stayed in Castle Oliver before coming here though.”

It’s believed Kimye will now venture to Kerry. The county has a great significance to Kim, who’s mother Kris Jenner honeymooned around the Ring of Kerry with Kim’s stepdad Bruce Jenner.

After their trip to Kerry the couple are rumoured to be heading to Dublin before flying out to a wedding in Prague this weekend.
