Katie Taylor has officially become a two-weight World Champion.
The Irish boxer fought Christina Linardatou in Manchester on Saturday night.
The Bray boxer already ruled the lightweight division (135 lbs) in June when she defeated Delfine Persoon.
As the judges announced the unanimous decision to crown her the winner, she was announced as the “pride of Ireland”.
Fans all over the world took to Twitter to congratulate the Bray native on the incredible win:
There is no better inspiration for our girls. There is no better representative for Irish sports. @KatieTaylor you deserve it all. Congratulations #KatieTaylor
