Kathryn Thomas has revealed she is banned from using her mobile phone on her upcoming holiday to Greece with boyfriend Padraig McLaughlin.
The RTE star, will return for another season of The Voice of Ireland later this year, is taking some time out with long term partner to soak up the sun, without her phone.
“My boyfriend Padraig is confiscating my iPhone when we head to Greece next week,” she revealed.

“I did try to argue that I needed it for photos – then he produced his Canon camera! How old school is that?”
The brunette has also admitted she is happier than ever before with both her personal life and work life and can’t wait for children.
“I’m really happy. And I’d love to have kids, we would love to have kids, if we’re blessed, if we are lucky,” she wrote in her Irish Daily Star Column.
“It has to feel right, it has to be the right time and there’s a lot to consider when you’re thinking about a family. At the same time, we’re in a great place”.
