Johnny McDaid and Courteney Cox 'looking to wed at Castle Leslie'

Johnny McDaid and Courteney Cox are definitely back on, and it looks like they could be ready to walk up the aisle – in Ireland.

The Snow Patrol star and the famous Friends actress, who reunited in March after splitting late last year, reportedly have their eye on an Irish venue for their nuptials.

An insider told US tabloid magazine Life & Style that, “Courteney and Johnny are planning a fall wedding.”

“They just took a trip to London to meet with their wedding planner.”

“They are considering Castle Leslie where Paul McCartney married Heather Mills, as well as Ballintubber Abbey where Pierce Brosnan got married.”

Courteney, who was previously married to David Arquette, is said to want a “low-key wedding”, and they want the man who introduced them, Ed Sheeran, to perform for their wedding party.

“She really wants a low-key wedding with about 100 guests.

“Their good friend Ed Sheeran will be playing and Johnny will be singing a song he wrote especially for Courteney,” the source revealed.

Their plans for an Irish wedding come after it was reported that one of the reasons Courteney and Johnny split was because he wanted to spend more time in Ireland.

The lavish Castle Leslie has hosted plenty of celebrity weddings over the years, including Paul McCartney and Heather Mills in 2002, as well as RTÉ star Jennifer Zamparelli.

The couple initially viewed Ashford Castle in Co Mayo back in 2014, but back then Courteney reportedly wanted to wed closer to her home.

The news comes after it was revealed that Courteney is moving into Johnny’s London pad, as she films a new pilot for ITV sitcom The Truthing.
