Jeremy Clarkson is reportedly being sued by the Irish  TV producer he punched.
Oisin Tymon is said to be suing the former Top Gear host and the BBC for racial discrimination after Jeremy called him a “lazy Irish ****.”
The producer was left with a swollen and bleeding lip after the incident which happened after the British TV star was offered a plate of cold cuts instead of steak and chips after filming.

Lawyers Slater & Gordon confirmed to the BBC that Oisin had been engaged with them.
In a statement about the claims, a BBC spokesperson told the Mailonline: “We will be responding to this claim but will not be commenting further at this time.”
Oisin did not press charges after the initial incident which led to Jeremy being axed from his Top Gear gig.
