James Patrice has shared an emotional post to mark one year since his stint on Operation Transformation.
The TV presenter won over the hearts of the nation when he lost serious weight on the show, and now he has revealed he has kept up all of his hard work.
Sharing a photo from before the show to the present day, James showed off a slim figure.
“One year since me Operation Transformation journey, and sure bejayney – I managed to keep the weight off,” he wrote.
“I was worried when the show ended that I’d completely regress, but I realised that I’d only be rottin’ meself were I to do that. I’m by no means Claudia Schiffer gals, but I’m happy with the person in front of me in the mirror and that’s all that matters!
“Me Moira’s have asked me in the past was it daunting to be so public about my weight, but to be honest, the most daunting thing was confronting myself. And once you do that, and respect and feckin OWN the person that you are, it’s only lovely altogether.
“To any of the fab guys and gals following me on here that may want to make a change, know that acknowledging you need to do something is LITERALLY half the battle, and remember that if I can do it, there’s not a BOTHER on you.
“Take control, and be proud of who you are, and what you aspire to achieve. YOU’S ARE ALL MIGHTY… 2 stone down, and no more waistcoats cut up the back…Here’s to KEEPIN’ HER FECKIN LIT GALS.”
