Irish influencers post tributes to Jayda McCann

The beauty influencer passed away early this morning

A host of Irish influencers have posted tributes to the late Jayda McCann.

The 24-year-old, who was battling a rare form of cancer called PEComa, passed away early this morning in her sleep.

Since the news of her death started circulating on social media, many bloggers and influencers who knew Jayda posted tributes online.

Ellie Kelly posted photos of her and Jade on Instagram, and wrote: “I am devastated to hear the news this morning that the beautiful @jaydamccannx life has been taken too early.”

“Jayda was & is an inspiration & it was an honour to get to know her so well while I was lucky enough to get the chance to. Such a positive & all round amazing girl.” [sic]

“We were only chatting on Sunday about our coffee date which will be one day but until then rest in peace beautiful love u. Ellie xxx.”

Fellow beauty influencer Jen Morris also paid tribute to Jayda by writing: “Heaven gained another Angel today baby girl! ???? I knew from the day I met you that you were a real one!”

“Rest in peace @jaydamccannx, you were one of the most resilient and determined people I have ever had the luck to meet!! You exuded the most beautiful energy and that will never leave us! I’ll miss your razor sharp wit, until we meet again darling ❤️.”

Holly Carpenter posted a sweet photo of her and Jade on Instagram, and wrote: “I remember after we took this picture @jaydamccannx laughed and said ‘who do we think we are!?’ Then we fought over who had a bigger head.”

“I’m heart broken for this incredible girl’s friends & family ???? We spent a few days together on a trip in Italy and I was blown away by Jayde’s strength, courage and her whole outlook on life ❤️.”

“Rest in peace beautiful,” she added.

Meanwhile, Rosie Connolly shared a photo of Jayda on her Instagram Story, and wrote: “The world has lost a true warrior today.. Rest In Peace sweetheart ❤️.”

Lisa Jordan also shared a tribute on her Instagram Story, and described Jayda as the “most beautiful person inside and out.”

Paul Stenson and Jason Kidd from The White Moose Café also shared a post about Jayda on their Instagram feed.

Paul wrote: “Jason and I are devastated to learn of the news that our friend @jaydamccannx lost her battle with cancer this morning.”
