Iain Stirling has opened up about his relationship with Laura Whitmore.
The couple originally tried to keep their relationship a secret, but when the presenter visited Iain while he was abroad doing voiceovers for Love Island last year, people quickly realised that the pair were dating.
The comedian has now opened up about his relationship with the 33-year-old, as he told Hot Press: “For me, it’s brand new – so it’s scary. But some of the stuff, you’ve just got to laugh. Some of it is absolute madness.”
Speaking of Laura’s previous interviews where she spoke about topics such as sex and drugs, the 30-year-old said: “It was actually quite a nice way to get to know her a bit better.”
“It’s nice as well, when you read interviews like that where there’s no agenda. I think with the media, especially being a female, you’ve got to deal with so much nonsense.”
“And they’ve always got an angle they want to come in from, and it means you never get to say what you want to say. So, it was nice just reading something like that. I recognised Laura in it, if you know what I mean,” the comedian continued.
The couple have been dating for just over a year and although the pair haven’t moved in together yet, they spend a lot of time together when they’re both in London.
