Podge and Rodge finally returned to RTE after nearly a decade – and the reviews are already in.
With a brand new co-host (Doireann Garrihy), a new set and a host of new guests, nobody knew what to expect, but it seems the first episode was a massive hit.
Viewers took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the big return, and it was hugely positive:

Guests for the first night included JP Patterson from Made In Chelsea, aka Binky Felstead’s baby daddy and Erin McGregor.
The Dancing With The Stars alumni spoke about her time on the hit dancing show, as well as her upcoming role in the Christmas panto in Dublin’s Olumpia Theatre.
Meanwhile JP went viral after he got very confused when Podge and Rodge kept talking about his “mickey”.
Viewers were also quick to praise Doireann on her debut episode, who takes over from Lucy Kennedy.
