Greg O’Shea has denied rumours that he turned down numerous reality TV offers in favour of pursuing his rugby goals.

The star explained that he would consider two shows in particular in future.

“I turned down 112 grand to be here with you Doireann,” he joked. “No of course not, I don’t even know where they’re pulling that story out of, that’s just to fill paper.”

“That is not true,” he confirmed.

The Love Island star revealed that he would do the show, saying: “I think I would yeah.”

“This year I’m sticking to trying to get to the Olympics but them after that, something like that I think I would really enjoy, but at the moment being on here (2FM) and having my rugby is all I need.”

Doireann also asked him if he turned down Dancing With The Stars, to which he replied: “No, that’s not true either, I don’t know where they are pulling that out of.”

“I definitely expressed that I’m not looking to do TV right now. It’s just not for me at the moment with everything I have going on, but down the line yeah definitely get back on TV.”

Greg is currently filling in for Eoghan McDermott on the popular radio show.
