TV presenter Gethin Jones has insisted he isn’t dating Amanda Byram – and is still waiting for a “special lady”.
The Welsh host was rumoured to be hooked up with the Dubliner after they were caught on a US holiday together.
Both also appeared to be extremely smitten with each other online – and Gethin even had a key to Amanda’s home.

However speaking for the first time about the love rumour, the 36-year-old insisted just because they are both single they aren’t going out.
“It’s strange. We’re really good friends and because she’s single and I’m single, it’s like there must be something going on,” he said.
“Kelly Brook’s just a friend and that was in the paper, Susie Amy’s another one. Then again, I think it’s quite nice that people, a bit like family, want me to find someone.

“This year, I’ve seemed a bit of a stud and been associated with many pretty girls. If only that was true in reality, I’d be a happy man.
“My mam thinks I’m going out with a new girl every week, she believes the Daily Mail over me.”
And Gethin – who was engaged to Katherine Jenkins – told Wales Online he’s waiting now for “a very special lady” to light up his life.
