Footballer Shay Given was rumoured to be engaged to girlfriend Becky Gibson, after sporting a diamond ring.
But the PR girl has denied the pair are set to wed.
The ex-Irish goalkeeper posed with Becky on the pink carpet for the Mrs Brown’s Boys premiere last night, and the brunette sported a stunning rock.
“I can assure you all me and @No1shaygiven are NOT engaged…we are both very happy together but don’t believe everything you read,” she wrote on Twitter.

The 37-year-old has been dating the PR, 30, for a year-and-a-half after splitting from his wife Jane
The pair recently holidayed in Hollywood, people believed they got engaged when Becky posted on Twitter: “Such a perfect day.”
Both showed off their relationship for the first time officially in Ireland when they strolled the red carpet of the Mrs Brown’s Boys D’Movie premiere.
He first hooked up with Becky – who works for a UK nightclub – after splitting with Jane after 12 years together.
Earlier this year, Becky admitted he is the “most important thing of all” in her life.

Before meeting Shay Becky dated Nicky Hunt, 29, a right-back for struggling League Two side Accrington Stanley.
Shay, who was capped 125 times for the Boys in Green, has a young son and daughter with Jane.
