EXCLUSIVE! Roz Purcell reveals her TOP fitness tip

We caught up with Roz Purcell in Merrion Square yesterday as she launched #WellGood alongside performance psychologist Gerry Hussey.

The event is being run in conjunction with WellFest which will be headlined by Joe Wicks and Davina McCall in May.

The healthy eating and fitness enthusiast enjoyed some sunshine after all the snow as their photo call got underway. Holding balanced poses, laughing on benches and swinging in the sun, the Natural Born Feeder blogger was a vision of health.

Roz talked about how she trains everyday unless she really needs a rest day and how she is looking forwward to seeing loads of the speakers at the KBC sponsored festival this May.

The pair were then joined by Philly McMahon, another #WellGood ambassador, as they attended the internal launch at KBC headquarters on Sandwith Street.

All three ambassadors will be hosting their own events as part of the nutrition, mindset and exercise programme. 

Move Better with Philly McMahon will be a fitness and mobility pop-up event in Dublin.

Roz will host Learn to cook, The Natural Born Feeder way, a foodie pop-up event including a cooking demo and talk in Cork.

Awaken your Spirit and unlock your True potential with Gerry Hussey, The Awakening is a mindfulness and motivational pop-up event he will host in Galway.

Roz spoke about the importance of prioritising our workouts and how we’ll always feel better after one. She then went on to share her secret to staying on track with gym sessions.

Her absolute TOP fitness tip is one we can get on board with and makes early journeys to the gym (or wherever you workout) a lot more fun.

“I find it hard to get out of bed some mornings.”

“You know what, when I plan a training sessions for the next day I ALWAYS invite a friend, ’cause if you have someone waiting for you you HAVE to get out of bed!”
