Pippa O’Connor chatted to about her home and family after a luxury breakfast in Urchin at the launch of Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camps.
The mum-of-two is currently redecorating her Churchfields K Club mansion and shared her excitement about the work finally getting done after months of preparation.
“We’ve been waiting months to get to this stage, whereas now everything’s happening quite quickly and I never thought the day would come.”
“I’m just like a kid at Christmas, I just can’t believe it.”
Her oldest Ollie will start school in September and she gushed about how excited she is for him.
“I’m really excited. I’m excited for him becasue now I think he’s definitely at the right age. We drive past the school and Ollie’s like “That’s my big school!” I’m excited for him to take the next step.”
She also spoke about how she can’t wait to get the guys into their local Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camp next year so they can enjoy a team sport but in the meantime Ollie loves playing golf and going to pony club.
Ollie’s favourite Kellogg’s cereal is Coco Pops but he makes a very cute mistake when he asks for them.
“Funnily enough, Ollie loves Coco Pops, like all kids I’m sure, and he always says to me at the weekend ‘Is it time to have my POCOs?’ I’m like ‘You mean you’re Cocos!'”
The former model exclusively revealed to Goss.ie that Dermot Bannon was not leading the redocarating despite reports that he was.
