Demi Isaac Oviawe has hinted that she has delayed her Leaving Cert mock exams to train for Dancing with the Stars.
The sixth year student is currently juggling full-time education, exams and training for the RTÉ show.
Demi exclusively opened up to Goss.ie about juggling her exams, which were set to start tomorrow, and Dancing with the Stars, as she told us: “I’ve my mocks starting this Monday. But I’m not going to be there because I’m going to be rehearsing really really hard for my dance, which I can’t say what it is, but I’m super excited for.”
“But I’m doing them later on, so at least it’s out of my worries at the moment. I’m just focusing on dancing and proving to the judges and everyone at home that I’m capable of being in the competition.”
RTÉ recently defended Demi’s place in the competition after the broadcaster received criticism for allowing the 18-year-old take part in the show while studying for her Leaving Certificate.
