Enda Kenny has taken a pop at Kim Kardashian’s misfortune in Paris earlier this week.
The Armenian beauty was tied up, bound and gagged at her apartment in Paris in the early hours of Monday morning, as masked men made away with an estimated $10 million worth of jewellery, as well as her two smartphones.
The Taoiseach was speaking at the launch of 85 new jobs at Netwatch, a security company – and decided to make a joke about the Paris robbery.
“There was a good lady robbed in Paris of jewellery. Maybe if they had employed Netwatch they mightn’t have been,” he said.

The reality star’s robbery has become known worldwide and many have had their say about it including Piers Morgan who penned a letter to the mother-of-two.
Enda then appeared to invite Kim to Ireland, and said that the Irish people would “mind” her.
“Send them a message and say over here we will mind you,” Enda told a laughing crowd, which was broadcasted on Newstalk.
The news comes after Kim’s close friend Jonathan Cheban has spoken out about her well-being and admitted that she’s “badly shaken.”
