Conor McGregor’s sister Erin has opened up about having the champion MMA fighter as her brother.
The Crumlin native revealed that her famous brother’s determination has helped her face her fears and inspired her to follow her dreams.
“He gives me inspiration to do things for me and to not listen to the negative thoughts coming into my head. He helps me to conquer my own fears,” she revealed on The Eoghan McDermott Show on 2FM.

Speaking about Conor’s most recent defeat in his bout against Nate Diaz, she admitted that she felt proud of how humble her brother was.
“I remember standing there and putting my hands into a love heart sign and he nodded. I was so proud.”
On the topic of what’s next for Conor, Erin revealed that we’re going to see her MMA fighter brother like never before.
“I definitely know we’re going to see a whole new Conor McGregor.
“He’s an ordinary fella who had a dream in his hand and went for it. All it takes is determination, passion and talent,” she added.
