Conor McGregor on six month suspension from UFC

Conor McGregor has received a six month medical suspension following his fight with Nate Diaz.

The Crumlin native won against the 31-year-old in their highly anticipated rematch this weekend.

The 28-year-old suffered an injury to his left foot and ankle during his match with the Californian – and had to leave on crutches.

According to the Irish Examiner, the MMA star will be out of action for the rest of the year.

This means that Conor will not be able to fight in any competitive match until February 2017.

The tattooed man has been enjoying his win with his girlfriend Dee Devlin and coach John Kavanagh during his last few days in Las Vegas.
