Roscommon actor Chris O’Dowd joked that he nearly got his ‘loser face’ perfected ahead of the Tony awards.
The Moone Boy star took to Twitter to show his best losing face, just hours before the awards ceremony.
“It’s #Tonys day!!! I fear I’ll be ‘broken bad’, but worry not, my ‘good loser’ face is coming along nicely,” he wrote along with this picture.
Chris was clearly referring to his fellow nominee Bryan Cranston.
Over the weekend Chris also joked that he can no longer enjoy being called a ‘tony award nominee’ once the awards are over tonight.

“Im really trying to enjoy my last week as a ‘@TheTonyAwards nominee’. From Monday, i’m back to being ‘guy with ketchup stain on trouser’,” he wrote.
And Chris’s prediction was right. The Bridesmaids actor lost out to Bryan Cranston.
Cork actress Sarah Greene was also up for Tony award, for her role in The Cripple of Inishmaan.
