Cathal Pendred has landed ANOTHER role in a popular American TV series.
The Dubliner has landed plenty of roles since retiring from MMA last year, and it looks like Cathal’s acting career is still on a roll.
Having recently worked on the latest Baywatch remake with Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron, and starred in popular series Ray Donovan – Cathal’s nabbed himself a new gig.
Taking to Twitter, the former MMA star announced the news.

Posting a snap of himself splattered in fake blood, the star wrote, “Getting through Monday like….. #IntoTheBadlands.”
The latest season of the Into The Badlands is set to premiere in 2017, and also stars Irish actress Sarah Bolger.
Aired on AMC, Into The Badlands tells the story of a warrior and a young boy who journey through a dangerous feudal land together seeking enlightenment.
