B*Witched star Keavy Lynch sang C’est La Vie with bandmates at her wedding

Keavy Lynch has revealed that she sang chart-topping hit C’est La Vie with her B*Witched bandmates at her wedding earlier this month.

The singer married her partner Nathaniel Comer in an intimate ceremony in Somerset, and Keavy treated guests to a performance of the band’s greatest hit.

“I was somehow talked into us all performing C’est La Vie with the band at the end of the night! Everyone loved it!” she told the Irish Independent.

As a member of chamber choir Chantage, Keavy’s now husband Nathaniel was also able to pull a few strings to get the award-winning group to provide the music for their nuptials.

“We were so lucky to have them sing at the ceremony,” Keavy said, “It was spine tinglingly beautiful.”

The choir performed ‘The Rose’ from the movie Stardust as Keavy walked up the aisle, as well as other hymns included ‘Be thou my vision’, ‘Jerusalem’, Richard Allain’s ‘Cana’s Guest’ and ‘This Marriage’ by Eric Whitacre.

Keavy’s band members Edele, Lindsay and Sinead also performed a moving version of traditional Irish hymn “Ag Críost an Síol”.

The couple said ‘I do’ in the Wells Cathedral, and Keavy wore a strapless princess-style ball gown by designer Grace Philips.

“I was not nervous at all. I was just so happy and knew that I am marrying the love of my life.”

“I saw Nathaniel take a deep breath when he first saw me and looked to the ground to compose himself. I just couldn’t wait to get to the front and say I do.”

B*Witched are currently in the studio writing a new album, and will tour the UK and Ireland later this year.
