Westlife star Brian McFadden has whisked wife Vogue Williams to Paris to spoil her on her birthday.
But the TV presenter admitted the Fade Street star usually refuses to let him spoil her – except on special days like this.
He has splashed the cash to make her 29th celebration special in the city of love – and doesn’t have to be worried about being battered when he pays.
He said: “We’re in Paris for her birthday, her birthday is tomorrow.

“We’re going Dutch, she doesn’t let me treat her to anything. She’s a modern Dublin woman, I try but everything has to be Dutch with her.”
“On her birthday I am allowed but not with everything else. Have you seen the size of her? She’d batter me.”

And Brian also revealed that he loved shooting for his TV series Who’s Doing The Dishes which featured X Factor judge Louis Walsh.
“It’s been brilliant, this is our second last week of the run,” he told 2FM. “It’s been incredible. I shot it all over the summer. I just had so much fun.”
