Brian McFadden has been banned from driving after being charged with speeding.
The former Westlife member has been banned from driving for six months after he was caught driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone.
The 38-year-old admitted to breaking the speed limit and this is his fourth time being caught speeding in four years.
The father-of-two was fined £335.
Brian reportedly asked Nottingham magistrates to allow him a shorter ban on driving, as not being allowed to drive would result in complications when he tried to reach ‘Boyzlife’ gigs in October.
After investigating the singer’s earnings, presiding JP Pete Dexter said: “We believe you have the means to make arrangements, whether by taxi, public transport of other ways.”
