The Voice judge Bressie has told how he nearly died as a kid after contracting severe meningitis.
The pop star – who is dating Roz Purcell – admitted it was “pretty horrifying” and the worse thing to ever happen to him in his life.
“I had meningitis as a kid, that was pretty bad. It’s a bit different to maleria in the way it infests itself,” he explained on 2FM.

“But, I was pretty bad. I don’t remember it too much. But I do remember my mum and dad not being allowed into the room.
“I could just look at them through a big glass screen and they weren’t allowed in. So that was pretty horrifying as a kid, I must say.”
It comes after Bressie revealed he was nearly killed when his home in Israel was bombed.
