Miss Derry has entered the Big Brother house as youngest contestant

Pageant queen Ashleigh Coyle has entered the Big Brother house tonight.

The Derry native, who was crowned Miss Derry last year, walked into the famous house tonight with other new housemates.

In her video about herself Ashleigh said: “People’s first impressions of me, I’m quite bubble girl and fun and that’s how i consider myself, I hope that’s what they get off me,” she said.

“Although they might think I’m a wee bit ditzy… but I’m not stupid.”

Ashleigh explained that she has been modelling for the last three years “it’s all high fashion, catwalks, photo shoots; anything but glamour,” she told Big Brother.

The blonde admitted that she has “a bad temper” and said she often gets into arguments.

“I get told all the time I need to stop pushing my opinion on people, I always think I’m right.

“But I’m actually a nice person, I might need to take a wee breather in the house,” she told host Emma Willis.

Ashleigh added that this was her “first time away from home” and aid she would miss her family and boyfriend.
