Bernard Brogan has announced his retirement from the GAA – in an emotional statement.
The Dublin footballer revealed that he is hanging up his boots after 15 years on the team.
Taking to Instagram the father-of-two thanked his Dublin team mates as well as Dublin supporters, saying he has built “lifelong friendships”.
He also gave a special thank you to his wife Keira, admitting she has had to put up with long bouts of time without him, as he was constantly busy with training.
