Ben Foden reveals he’s had time to ‘reflect’ after being dumped by Una Healy

Ben Foden has revealed that he’s had time to “reflect”, following his split from Una Healy.

The rugby player is finally making the move to the US, after signing a deal with Major League Rugby in New York earlier this year.

Ben was supposed to move to America with his wife Una and their two kids Aoife-Belle and Tadgh – however, the sports star was sensationally dumped ahead of their big move this summer, over claims that he had been unfaithful.

Before he jets to the US, Ben took to Instagram to give fans an update on his life, following his split from Una.

Had some time away from the game, been able to get away reflect as well as do some different things and experiences. But the time has finally come to dust off the old boots and get back in the fight. First training session marked in for the 8th of November and I can’t wait to get over to the states and get fully stuck in. Big change for me, a even bigger challenge with it being @rugbyunitedny first year in the MLR and we want to start with a bang. #RUNY #MLR #America #rugbyisbranchingout

He wrote: “Had some time away from the game, been able to get away reflect as well as do some different things and experiences.”

The news comes after Una was spotted holding hands with a male model during a recent trip to LA.
