Baz Ashmawy shared a sweet birthday post for his stepdaughter, Amelia’s birthday.
The presenter has two children with his long-term partner, Tanya Evans, while he is a stepfather to Tanya’s four children from a previous relationship.
The 43-year-old took to Instagram to wish his stepdaughter a happy 15th birthday with a heartwarming post: “HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY AMELIA!”
“This photo sums us up so well. How you look up to me,” he joked.
“How connected we are. The long conversations we have about life and your bright future????…Of course you do all this through the colourful art of one word answers but well, you are 15.”
“To me you’ll always be a little 4 year who couldn’t swim clinging to me in a pool in Spain. Back when you needed me????. We’ll I’ll be here waiting, when you need me again????????♂️ love u xxx”.
The presenter was praised by fellow stars for his hilarious and heartfelt post, as Doireann Garrihy commented: “Your way with words ???? What the hell Baz, I could really do without a lump in my throat and watery eyes right now!!”
