Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain 'fancied' Tubs as soon as he asked her out – but they have NO plans to wed

Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain has admitted she immediately fancied Ryan Tubridy when he asked her out – but they have no plans to get married.

The 2FM presenter had downed a couple of glasses of wine before asking her out after an interview on the Late Late Show.

And asked if she was attracted to him, smitten Aoibhinn insisted: “Of course I fancied him. I hadn’t thought about it before then, but we had great fun on the show and afterwards.”

Now Aoibhinn and Tubs are living together in a plush million-euro mansion in Monkstown.

But despite an ring which looks like it is for a secret engagement, they have no plans to wed.

She said: “It’s my grandmother’s ring. People think it’s an engagement ring, but it’s not.

“Ryan and I are living together and are very happy. We have no plans. We’re happy just doing what we are doing.”

Previously Aoibhinn admitted that she wanted to be a bride within the next decade.

And Aoibhinn admits she does like to be able to talk about their relationship now after years of secrecy.

“I was really naive about it at the beginning, but we have gotten to a stage now where it doesn’t bother either of us,” she told the Herald.

“Everyone knows who Ryan is, but we are just two normal people working in an industry that has a spotlight on it.

“Ryan is one of the funniest people in the world and constantly has me laughing. I definitely look to him for advice.

“It’s nice when two partners work in the same industry, because when you get home, the other person understands what you are talking about.

“We can bounce off each other, as we both know the personalities and games out there.”
