RTE star Anne Doyle has attacked homophobic web bullies who attacked Aengus Mac Grainna after his marriage.
The TV newsreader was told his “balls should be cut off” and another said that “nature says no” after he wed alpaca farmer Terry Gill.
But Anne – who walked Aengus up the aisle – said the remarks were “incitement to hatred”.

“I wouldn’t bother giving anyone like that the time of day or paying any attention to it,” she told the Star.
“Why waste time thinking about people like that at such a happy time. I hope Aengus and Terry have a long and happy time together.”
