Israel has won the Eurovision 2018 with their hit song Toy.
Coming in with 529 points, Cyprus came second and Austria came to in third place.
Our very own act Ryan O’Shaughnessy was hotly tipped to take the prize this year, after his song and music video both went viral.
The Eurovision had to terminate with a Chinese broadcaster this week, after they refused to air Ryan’s performance, which showed a male couple dancing together.
Although we didn’t win this year Ireland qualified for the final for the first time since 2013.

Ryan helped us reach a very proud 16th place.
