Amy Huberman and Brian O’Driscoll are set to move into his parent’s house in the next few days, as the couple continue renovations on their new home.

The actress and the former Irish rugby star will finally move out of their Goatstown home very soon, but unfortunately their dream home in Rathmines isn’t finished yet.

Speaking to the Herald, Amy revealed that they’re planning on moving into Brian’s parents house, who will be on holiday.

“We’re leaving our house in a couple of days and the new house isn’t ready yet, so we’re moving to Clontarf for a few weeks,” she said.

Brian and Amy have been working on their new house since 2016, and they’ve faced plenty of road blocks along the way.

It took the couple a long time to secure planning permission to renovate the three-storey townhouse, as neighbours complained that the extensions would block sunlight from their back garden.

But thankfully, the pair were finally given the green light early last year.

When asked how their children, Sadie (6) and Billy (4), will handle the move, Amy said, “I don’t think they’ve processed it yet. I don’t think they will until they go.”

“They’re excited, and my daughter is in school where we’re moving, so I already feel like we’re there, we just haven’t physically moved yet.”
