Amy Huberman and Brian O’Driscoll have put their home in Dublin 14 up for sale, with an asking price of €1.4 million.
The couple listed their home in Goatstown through the Savills agency, but it’s yet to be listed on property websites.
According to the Irish Times, the couple hope to sell their four bedroom house privately.
Brian bought their home in 2005, and the building has been extended twice, in both the front and the rear.
Amy and Brian have already started refurbishing their Victorian style house in Rathmines, which means it is only a matter of time until the pair are ready to move in.
In August, a smaller semi-detached four-bed on their road was sold for €797,750.
