Amber Gill has revealed that she has not spoken to Greg O’Shea since she claimed he dumped her via text.
The Irish rugby player denied claims that he ended things via SMS, but Amber has never retracted the claim.
The pair met on the 2019 summer series of Love Island, and won the show together.
Now, Amber says that she has not heard from Greg, or reached out to him, since the split.
“I’ve not spoken to him, not heard anything from him,” she told The Irish Sun.
“I moved on from him fairly quickly and I just think it was a bit of a critical situation, but you’ve got to move past it.”
“Right now, I’ve got great opportunities and I’m glad that I’m single and I can just focus on everything that I’m doing and really enjoy everything I’m doing at the minute.”
Amber said she is proud of herself for all of her achievements since leaving the villa – which include launching a successful clothing collection, hosting her own podcast called Reality Bites and making hundreds of personal appearances.
“I always told my family I’d be a millionaire and now I am,” she said candidly.
“People always say ‘wow’ when I walk in a room. When I go to nightclubs now everyone knows who I am.”
“I forget that I’m famous all the time.”
The star is currently not looking for love – and claims that she has had no offers of romance from potential suitors.
“I’m not seeing anyone at the minute and I’m not planning to,” she said.
“I don’t have a spare minute and, to be honest, if I do I either want to be by myself or with my dog. And I haven’t had any offers anyway.”
“My ideal man would be somebody who makes me laugh, somebody who is sincere and somebody who doesn’t mind being with somebody that is quite successful in what they do.”
Despite her insistence that she is single, Amber was recently spotted looking cosy with a fellow Love Island star.
