India Mullen may have to frequently lock lips with her co-star Adam Weafer on Red Rock – but the actress has insisted her boyfriend doesn’t mind.
The TV3 star is dating model and actor Daryl McCormack who made it to the final round of auditions for JJ Abrams’ Star Wars: Episode VII last year.
“Daryl is an actor himself, so he’s very understanding when it comes to that kind of stuff,” she said.

“I don’t think it bothers him much, I think he trusts that I’m doing my job and not getting carried away. I think he knows that it’s a weird part of the job.”
“I can imagine it would be quite strange if you weren’t in the industry though.”
The 21-year-old landed the role of Katie Kiely just weeks after graduating from the Gaiety School of Acting and has already started to get stopped by fans in the street.

Funnily enough I’ve been recognised more in the last couple of weeks, maybe it’s because when I’m filming, I’m not really around the streets much.”
“But I got recognised at the airport a couple of times this summer. Sometimes people just point at you and say ‘Red Rock’, which is funny,” she told The Herald.
