The third annual Gossies, sponsored by Platinum Hair Extensions, took place in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel on Golden Lane last night.
The awards ceremony celebrated the best talent in Irish showbiz, and the stars strutted serious style on our red carpet before enjoying the awards show, which was hosted by the amazing Doireann Garrihy.
Nominees had their hair styled by Dyson Hair and their makeup done by Inglot in the Gossies exclusive gifting and glam suite.
In no particular order, here are the 10 red carpet looks we loved the most.
Erin McGregor
Flaunting her fabulous figure, Erin McGregor stunned sporting this amazing modern print from Paul Costelloe.
James Patrice
James is bringing back the broche in 2018! He looked svelte in this navy suit that he had to have taken in due to his successful weight loss journey over the past year.
Alannah Beirne
Alannah made the most of her amazing legs with these lace-up heels. Her stunning frilly black dress is from the fantastic Irish designer Umit Kutluk.
Ailbhe Garrihy and Aoibhin Garrihy
Coordinating with each other these two Garrihy gals were effortlessly chic as always.
Aoibhinn wore a Maje dress as she collected the Most Stylish Woman award, which was sponsored by Cocoa Brown.
Olivia Buckland
The Love Island star and Cocoa Brown ambassador was a vision in this silver and blue gown.
Aoife Walsh
Simple but stunning, this satin Rat & Boa dress made the model look like an award!
Lucy Fitz
Picking up the Gossie for Best Newcomer, which was sponsored by FX MakeUp Academy, Lucy Fitz looked like a seasoned pro on the red carpet sporting this dramatic stripy number from Be Fabulous Limerick.
Dáithà O’Sé
We loved the old-school Hollywood vibes this white jacket and bow tie combo gave off, mixed with the modern studded slip-ons.
Lucy Kennedy
Winner of Best Female TV Presenter, which was sponsored by Inglot, Lucy Kennedy was a vision in this beaded white dress from iClothing.
Marissa Carter
To round off the list, it’s only right we feature our winner of Best Dressed on the night.
Marissa Carter took home the best dressed title and a €200 Penneys voucher. Keeping it real, she had the packed awards ceremony in stitches when she said she was wearing her husbands socks and hadn’t shaved her legs!
The stunning Cocoa Brown founder wore a gown from So Amazing in Ballymount
We’re already looking forward to the fashion at the 2019 Gossies!
