Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have recently revealed that they are set to step down from their roles as senior working members of the royal family.
As part of their departure from the royal family, the couple and their son Archie will no longer be dependant on public funds and will live independently.
According to TMZ, the couple could make up to $10 million as a starting price for a book deal.
Celebrity sports agent Darren Prince told the publication that the former royals could trigger a massive bidding war among publishers.
A tell-all book about their departure from the world’s most famous and historic family would be a lucrative business decision for the couple to sustain their financial independance.
However, the couple are philanthropists and would possibly donate funds from a huge deal to charity.
GDA speakers, a professional service for hiring key-note speakers have also predicted that the pair could nab $500,000 for speaking at events.
The couple has trademarked their brand name Sussex Royal in the U.K but will potentially face a legal battle if they plan to do so in the U.S as another person has already purchased the rights to the name.
Meghan and Harry are set to split their time between the U.K and North America once they step down completely.
