A royal biographer has claimed that Prince William treated his now wife Kate Middleton “like a servant” while they were dating.
In his book William and Catherine, author Andrew Morton claims that a friend of Kate’s said that her circle of pals did not like their relationship.
”During her time with William she upset a lot of friends by not making the effort to see them,” the book claims.
“Obstinate and strong-willed, William could be an overwhelming presence and, at times, Kate felt taken for granted – treated like a servant rather than his girlfriend.”
“She didn’t like it when he ignored her and got into conversation with someone as though she wasn’t there.”
The book was published back in 2011, when the couple were wed.
It detailed how the couple reportedly split momentarily back in 2007.
The pair then rekindled their romance, before getting engaged in 2010 on a romantic hiking trip.
