Meghan Markle WON’T be allowed throw a baby shower if she gets pregnant

The Duchess won't be able to follow this American tradition

Meghan Markle won’t be allowed throw a baby shower if she falls pregnant.

The American tradition isn’t allowed within the Royal family, as it’s reportedly seen as “tasteless” – according to People Magazine’s royal expert, Victoria Arbiter.

The royal expert explained why the event would not sit well with the royals, saying, “A lavish baby shower would be seen as highly inappropriate… there’s nothing they can’t go out and buy themselves.”

Although this tradition isn’t allowed, there were rumours in 2013 that the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, had a secret baby shower when she was pregnant with Prince George.

However, this rumour was shot down by royal experts who said that any gifts given to the couple would have to be returned, so therefore a baby shower couldn’t happen.

Harry and Meghan only got married in May, but there is already speculation surrounding when Meghan will get pregnant.
