Meghan Markle has been spotted wearing an adorable “mummy” necklace, ahead of her baby’s arrival.

The Duchess of Sussex, who is due to give birth in late April, made a surprise appearance at youth-activism festival WE Day this week – after Prince Harry brought her on stage after delivering his key note speech.

Meghan then walked on stage to huge cheers from the crowd, and the mum-to-be looked stunning in black Rag & Bone maternity jeans, which she paired with a navy blazer and Manolo Blahnik stilettos.

Eagle-eyed fans also noticed that Megan was wearing a Jennifer Meyer necklace, which reads, “Mommy” or “Mummy”.

The 18-karat yellow gold necklace retails at €758.20, and the Duchess was also spotted wearing it after her baby shower in New York last month.

While the former actress is edging closer to her due date, she’s not ready to take maternity leave just yet.

To mark International Women’s Day today, Meghan will take part in a panel discussion alongside Annie Lennox, Adwoa Aboa, Julia Gillard, Chrisann Jarrett, and Angeline Murimirwa.

The panel discussion, hosted at King’s College London, will be led by Anne McElvoy, the senior editor for The Economist.

The panel will be hosted by The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, an organisation which exists to champion, fund and connect young leaders around the world who are serving their communities, providing solutions to problems, and hope, employment and self-employment opportunities for others.
