Meghan Markle has admitted that life in the royal spotlight is far from easy.
While attending the London premier of The Lion King, the Duchess of Sussex greeted a number of celebrities on the red carpet.
While chatting to musician Pharrell, notoriously private Meghan admitted that things have not been smooth sailing since she joined the royal family.

In a video uploaded to Twitter by @royal_suitor, Pharrell can be seen praising Meghan and Harry’s “wonderful union,” declaring it to be “significant in today’s climate.”
The Duchess responds: “Thank you, they don’t make it easy.”
Pharrell goes on to say: “So happy for your union. Love is amazing. It’s wonderful.”
“Don’t ever take that for granted, but what it means in today’s climate, I just wanted to tell you it’s so significant for so many of us. Seriously.”
Meghan replies in thanks, saying: “That’s so kind of you to say.”
Pharrell goes on: “It’s significant. I cheer you guys on.”
It is then that the Duchess admits: “They don’t make it easy.”
At the same premier, Meghan took the time to have a chat with Beyonce and Jay-Z.
