Kate Middleton has visited the Lavender Primary Shcool for Children’s Mental Health Week.
The Duchess of Cambridge learned all about what support is offered to students, teachers and parents to help with mental health well-being.
The trip was in support of Place2Be’s Mental Health Week – in which the theme is ‘Healthy: Inside and Out’, which focuses on the connection between physical and mental health.

The mother of three sat in on a lesson which focused on the importance of both physical and mental health and watched students take part in the ‘Daily Mile challenge’, which encourages kids to be more active.
Kate also took part in an activity where students shared objects that represent something that makes them ‘feel good’ – in which she brought a picture of her family.
The Duchess of Cambridge also joined a class to discuss the links between food choices with mood and feelings.
