Largely autobiographical, the album will see him draw from some of his most personal experiences.

He said: “It’s always more daunting to write and perform songs that are autobiographical.

“I tend to write more when I’m feeling down or when something bad happens as it can be the only way to express myself. I’m really looking forward to sharing the new songs with the fans.

“I’ve always had so many influences and things to say that wouldn’t have been quite right for Westlife and it’s been fun after all these years to finally let them all out!”
