Beyoncé and Jay-Z shocked fans when they dropped a new album, ‘Everything Is Love’, live on stage during an On The Run II performance in London yesterday and now they’ve released the first music video from the album.
The video for their track ‘Apes**t’ shows the power couple in the Louvre surrounded by famous artwork. Celebrating their success Beyoncé raps “I can’t believe we made it. This is what we’re thankful for,” before going on to talk about their lavish lifestyle saying, “Bought him a jet.”
Quavo features on the track, joining Bey for the choruses. The couple sport a series of lavish outfits throughout the video and they’re joined in the museum by dancers dressed in skin colour clothing to give the illusion of nudity, not unlike the statues and art in the museum.
