Eurovision winner Conchita Wurst is coming to Dublin later this month – her first Irish visit since winning the competition.
The Austrian bearded lady will perform in The George on June 27 as part of Dublin Pride Festival and hopes to continue to spread her message of tolerance.
“I’m really looking forward to performing at The George and being part of the Dublin Pride Festival,” she said.
“I want to spread my message of tolerance, acceptance and respect for people who are different – I know my Irish supporters will help me do just that.”

And Conchita told Hot Press that she plans to sing her Eurovision winner Rise Like a Phoenix while at the famous gay club.
She added: “Rise Like a Phoenix is a powerful song that makes a strong statement, one that I can support 100%. No matter how hard things are, you can learn from these times and grow”.
