The Frames sold out their special Whelans gig in one minute this afternoon.
Fans have already taken to Twitter to vent their frustration after missing out on tickets to the show.
It’s being held to celebrate Whelans’ 25th anniversary next Monday, before Glen Hansard heads off on an American tour.
It was always going to be extremely tough to grab a ticket, with just a capacity of 450 at Whelans.
Announcing the show, a Whelans spokesman said: “June 30th is bound to be a magical night and another highlight in what is a very special year for Whelans.”
