Eurovision star Brian Kennedy has revealed he has to keep coming out – as no-one believes he’s actually gay.
The former Voice coach said people “assume” he is straight as he doesn’t “fit their dictionary definition of gay”.
And the 47-year-old knows some of his problem is his willingness to flirt with women all the time.
He said:Â “I feel like I have to keep coming out all the time because I still meet people who assume I’m straight. I don’t fit their dictionary definition of gay.

“I love a good flirt, I’ll flirt with anybody and with a lot of women. They might have a fella at home or be with their husband infront of you but it’s just a bit of fun.”
Meanwhile, Brian revealed he feared he could be killed after confronting a gang of thugs over homophobic abuse.
The Belfast star was walking along the South Circular Road in Dublin when a gang of youths shouted “faggot” at him from a car window.
But brave Brian stood up for himself, admitting “something just clicked inside of me and I walked over to their window and confronted them.”

However the Message In The Box singer immediately realised it was a mistake – as he feared they could pull a gun on him.
He told the Star:Â “It was a stupid thing to do because I was alone and there was four of them. They could have pulled a gun or a knife, but I couldn’t help myself. They messed with the wrong man that day.
“I just thought how dare they. I know I’m gay, I don’t need someone to shout something like that.”
