U2 star Bono has hit back at Sharon Osbourne – after she told him to “f**k off” for giving their album away for free.
But the Dublin rocker insisted he doesn’t care about the big-mouthed former X Factor judge after she called them so “mediocre” that no-one would buy it.
And Bono has claimed she’s a loose cannon for spouting her foul-mouthed attack at the band.
He added: “I can’t believe she didn’t take the high road! What a shocker!”
Meanwhile Bono has revealed his bandmates ban him from playing guitar –Â because he’s so awful.

He said: “I shouldn’t really tell you this, but there’s often a move in U2 to stop me playing guitar.
“I do have The Edge beside me and he’s often saying, ‘No, no, no, let him play one or two or three songs.”
But Bono revealed that even if his guitar skills are rubbish – his son Elijah, 15, is proving to be much better.
He added: “My boy’s a really great guitar player and a big Oasis and Nirvana fan, so he’s down with the rock songs on the album.”
