Caitlyn Jenner’s mum has revealed that she wont be watching ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
However, 93-year-old Esther Jenner thinks viewers will love Caitlyn.
The first episode of the show kicks off tonight, and fans will see Caitlyn Jenner take part in the first challenge.
“We have a Survivor [show] here in the United States, I never watched it, I’ve skimmed over it, or seen previews and I decided that I don’t really care for that,” Esther told The Sun Online.
“That’s not entertainment to me, to see somebody frightened. I think she could spend a lot more pleasant times on the golf course.”
Caitlyn is said to be the highest paid member of this year’s cast.
The grandmother of Kylie and Kendall went on to say that she will miss her daughter during her stint in Oz, and isn’t looking forward to being out of touch with her for the timeframe of the series.
“I’ve tried not to think of Caitlyn being over there [in Australia]. It’s three weeks… a long time to go without hearing from her.
“When she’s in the States she calls me almost every day, so I’ve got to live without hearing her.”
