During the “How High” scale, Miley admits she was at a 0/10 during her scandalous ‘twerking’ performance on the VMA’s with Robin Thick back in 2013.

However, she goes on to confess she was “high as hell” at a 10/10 while recording her “Wrecking Ball” video.

The singer goes into detail about her VMA performance, saying, “The VMA’s led me to the activist I am today. If that many people talk about me I should make it a good thing… that could change people’s lives.”

“I think there was something when I first, you know, kind of stopped doing Hannah Montana…saying, I’m not that, I want you to know who I really am, but I love that that was me and is me and is a part of me.”
